LPV gets 3-0 wins with JV and Varsity tonight at Dunkirk! Kylie Blessing had 22 assists, 2 aces. Olivia Cook had 7 kills, 8 aces! Tori Unverdorben had 6 kills, 7 aces. Lillian Bentley added 6 kills. Natalie Maurer had 3 kills and 1 ace. Sam Steadman served for 19 points including 10 aces and had 2 kills and earned the Maxpreps Player of the Match tonight!
9/11/21 Portville @ St Mary's Invitational
LPV went undefeated in pool play sweeping East Aurora, Williamsville East and Clarence. The team had to face Eden in the playoffs and came away with a big win! After winning the first set against host powerhouse St Mary's 25-20, LPV battled back from a deficit in the 2nd set to gain a Championship point at 25-24. After finally dropping the set 27-29, LPV came up short in the decided 3rd set 10-15 to take 2nd in the tournament.

Sam Steadman added 5 kills and 4 aces, and Kylie Blessing led the way with 32 assists, 5 aces and was Maxpreps Player of the Match!

LPV wins 3-0 at Falconer. Kylie Blessing had 30 assists, 3 aces, 3 kills. Olivia Cook had 12 kills, 4 aces. Sam Steadman added 3 kills, 2 aces, 5 digs. Lillian Bentley had 8 kills, 3 aces, 4 digs and Tori Unverdorben with 6 kills, 14 digs and 21 perfect receive passes in 24 attempts was Maxpreps Player of the Match!
9/18/21 Victor Tournament
Lady Panthers traveled to Victor and went undefeated in pool play against AA HIlton, Class A Brighton, B Honeoye-Falls Lima. After winning their pool they had to play #2 ranked in the NE USA Victor in quarterfinals. LPV took a tough first set 27-25, but lost the lead in set two losing 22-25. LPV lost the deciding 3rd set 11-15 to Victor, who went on to win the tournament. Kylie Blessing led the offense with 82 assists, 21 kills. Olivia Cook had 33 kills, 16 digs. Lillian Bentley added 19 kills, 5 blocks, 9 aces and 11 digs. Sam Steadman had 17 kills, 9 aces, 10 digs. Tori Unverdorben anchored the serve receive with a 93% receive percentage, added 12 kills, 29 digs. Ava Haynes had 15 kills, 7 digs and Lizzie Chapman had 3 aces, 4 digs.
9/21/21 Portville @ Allegany-Limestone
A shorthanded JV team battled tonight, playing great volleyball, but came up short 2-1. Varsity team pulled out a 25-14, 25-14, 25-17 win. Kylie Blessing with 29 assists, 3 kills, 3 aces. Olivia Cook had 8 kills, 6 digs, 2 aces. Lillian Bentley added 8 kills, 8 digs, and an ace. Sam Steadman had 4 kills, 3 aces and 5 digs. Ava Haynes also added 4 kills, 4 digs and an ace and Tori Unverdorben led with 10 kills, 12 digs, 2 aces and passed a team high 22 balls on serve receive, and with zero errors. Tori was the Maxpreps Player of the Match!

JV and varsity win 3-0! Tori Unverdorben led the varsity with 21 digs, 11 kills! Olivia Cook had 12 kills, 10 digs and 3 aces. Ava Haynes added 7 kills, 8 digs! Lillian Bentley had 7 kills, 3 aces. Sam Steadman ripped 4 aces and 4 kills along with 7 digs! Natalie Maurer had 2 aces and a kill, and Kylie Blessing ran the offense with 32 assists, 2 aces and was Maxpreps Player of the Match!
